is a hearty and very tasty variation of the Saarland county speciality Lyoner. Smoked bacon and onions are slightly sauteed and finished with German mustard. The overbaked cheese is giving the right touch to this dish. The original flavour is not changing, as it does with Chili-Lyoner, Cheese-Lyoner, Herb-Lyoner etc.,  but those incrediences are harmonizing and adding up a nice touch to this dish. Served with French fries and a crispy summer salad.
